Business Development Associate
What you will do:
Be instrumental in entering a new market (Bulgaria)
Conduct outbound sales activities to prospects within Bulgaria.
Be ready to grow into a national leadership role for Bulgaria Sales.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Identify and understand clients' needs to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the IT software industry.
Is fluent in Bulgarian (native-level) and English (conversational).
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates empathy and active listening skills to understand clients' needs.
Is self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Has strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Is adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Previous experience in B2B sales within the software industry, ideally within license & inventory management and monitoring; you will be selling our product www.statlook.com
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the target market.
