Business Development Associate

What you will do:
  • Be instrumental in entering a new market (Bulgaria)

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to prospects within Bulgaria.

  • Be ready to grow into a national leadership role for Bulgaria Sales.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.

  • Identify and understand clients' needs to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.


We are looking for someone who:
  • Has a proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the IT software industry.

  • Is fluent in Bulgarian (native-level) and English (conversational).

  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrates empathy and active listening skills to understand clients' needs.

  • Is self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

  • Has strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Is adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.


Nice to have:
  • Previous experience in B2B sales within the software industry, ideally within license & inventory management and monitoring; you will be selling our product www.statlook.com

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

  • Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the target market.
